At HimsagarAam.Com, we deal with fresh seasonal Himsagar mangoes, so every order is carefully packed and shipped with attention to quality. Since mango is a perishable product, our return and refund process is designed to be fair and practical for both customers and fresh food handling.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns for fresh mangoes once they are delivered, as they are perishable items. However, we always try to ensure that the mangoes reach you in good condition.

Damaged or Spoiled Product

If your order arrives in a damaged or unusable condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Share clear photos or videos of the product so we can review the issue and take necessary action.

Refund Process

If your complaint is verified, we may offer:

  • Replacement (if available), or

  • Partial or full refund, depending on the situation

Refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take a 5 business days to complete.

Important Notes

  • Slight variation in size, colour, or ripening is natural for seasonal fruits

  • Mangoes are packed in semi-ripe condition for safe transport and natural ripening at home

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or weather conditions
